Mustang fans rejoice! The wait is finally over and the first Mustang events of 2022 are just around the corner. From coast to coast, there are plenty of opportunities to get your fix of America’s favorite muscle car.
Here’s a look at some of the must-attend Mustang events happening across the country in the coming year: East Coast: -The 12th Annual Virginia Beach Mustang Week will take place from May 19-22.
This event features activities for all ages, including a show & shine, dyno runs, drag racing, and more. -Head to Ocean City, Maryland for OCMD Mustang Week from June 2-5. This event includes a cruise-in, car show, and live entertainment.
-The 10th Annual Mid Atlantic Ford & Shelby Nationals will be held in Carlisle, Pennsylvania from June 17-19. This show celebrates all things Ford with special guest appearances, exhibits, and more. West Coast:
-Make your way to sunny Southern California for SoCal Mustang Roundup from March 5-6 in Irvine. This event features a car show & shine competition open to all Mustangs (stock or modified). -If you’re in Northern California, check out NorCal Mustang Days taking place April 30 – May 1 in Sacramento.
This family friendly event includes a Show & Shine Competition as well as an Autocross Time Trial Challenge open to all cars (not just Mustangs). No matter where you are on the map, there’s sure to be a Mustang event happening near you in 2022!

It’s Mustang Day at SMU, and that means it’s time to celebrate all things Mustang! This year, we’re honoring our favorite horse with a special event just for Mustangs. From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., stop by the Loyd All-Sports Center to get free food, games, prizes, and more.
